Class'Park Roissy notice

Bon accueil , accès facile à 15 minutes de Saint Witz où nous avions réservé une chambre d'hôtel, navettes électriques et réponses rapides aux appels . Tarifs corrects , bémol pour le supplément jour férié et la nécessité de laisser les clés du véhicule, mais tout s'est bien passé. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Idéalement situé et à proximité d'hôtels, ce parking est beaucoup moins onéreux pour une très bonne qualité de service. La prise en charge à la dépose est rapide. La navette au retour est arrivée 10 minutes après mon appel, ce qui est raisonnable. Pour une deuxième expérience, je reste très satisfait.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons respecté la consigne et avons envoyé un message. Nous avons dû appeler 2 fois par la suite car toujours personne. L’attente est de plus d’une demi-heure. Aucune excuse lorsque la navette est enfin arrivée. La personne téléphone à plusieurs reprises au volant sans kit main libre (avec des écarts sur la route à chaque appel) En plus du retard, nous avons fais un détour pour prendre un employé sur un autre terminal (ce qui nous a rajouté du temps). Aussi, nous avons dû charger et décharger nos valises.

Une bonne demi-heure pour venir nous chercher au terminal. La conductrice reçoit les appels téléphoniques en voiture sans kit main libre. Elle fait un détour pour prendre un employé en chemin, sans nous avertir. Nous avons aussi dû mettre et enlever nos valises nous-mêmes Bref à fuir

Parking propre, place de stationnement un plus serré par rapport à l'ancienne adresse. Lors de ma réservation il n'était pas préciser que nous devions laisser les clés du véhicule et qu'il serait changer de place, si nous ne souhaitons que notre véhicule ne soit pas déplacer il faut payer 20 €uros en plus de façon à conserver nos clés mais cela n'était pas préciser sur le site lors de ma réservation. Accès moins direct qu'auparavant mais le personnel reste toujours accueillant et le service navette toujours aussi pratique bien que l'accès au terminal me semble moins direct.

L'accueil a été super. Personnel très agréable, réactif, la récupération s'est faite de manière très raisonnable et véhicule récupéré impeccable. Je recommande vraiment ce parking.

Tout était parfait de la dépose à la reprise du véhicule ainsi que la prise en charge par la navette aller et retour. Je recommande fortement l'endroit est très bien et sécurisé.

A real disaster as far as the staff are concerned. Coming from a long 6pm email, we forgot to change the prefix when we had to write a message to pick us up at the airport. The gentleman in the low-cut beanie called on my husband to "put him in his place", as he put it quite openly. Why did he do this? Because on the phone, my companion said he was sure he had sent a message, or even a second one. He behaved in this way in front of other customers. We were taken aback by his behaviour, which was completely out of place. Very vulgar. I wouldn't recommend it. What's more, he didn't want to pick us up in his van. And then to top it all off, the driver spent the whole journey on the phone.

Perfect Home Shuttles...

The only problem was that the quote was not transparent enough. We had to pay an extra €10 for arriving at night, even though this was supposed to have been included in the quote.

What a waste !!!!! The location is ideal, just a few minutes from the airport, the car park is also very good but the service .... On our arrival, everything was done very quickly, we had paid to have an inventory of fixtures before departure and on arrival, nothing was done because we had to go quickly and get on the shuttle (no refund). But the worst was yet to come: the return journey. We followed the instructions (which is certainly not the case for everyone) and sent a message once outside. First shuttle, people rushing in (even though they'd arrived outside after us), the driver telling us to wait for the next one. We noticed that the drivers of the other companies called customers in order. We waited a long time for the next shuttle, which was full... and then we had to wait again. This company runs fewer services than its competitors (lack of vehicles, staff, etc.). So we were very disappointed, tired and angry. In short, what a shame, because with a bit of effort it could have been much better.

Second time I've left my car with them, nothing to say, they do the job, the price is clear when you book, no surprises.

We were picked up fairly quickly. We were dropped off in front of the terminals with no problem. The small negative point is the delay on the return journey for the shuttle.

Great service! Very friendly and efficient staff at a very reasonable price. The airport is only 5 minutes away by shuttle. A better sign indicating the location of the car park on arrival would be welcome.

We were very satisfied with the service. It only takes a few minutes to get from the car park to Roissy airport. However, you have to follow the instructions and wait for the shuttle at the specified location (which others haven't done and that annoys everyone.....). We'll be asking Class'Park for help on a future trip.

Having been to Class Park 5 times, we're really pleased with the very friendly drivers and the speed with which they drop us off at our terminal and pick us up as well. The prices are very attractive and we don't bother anyone anymore.

Car park located very close to Roissy. Our car stayed in this secure car park for a week. The airport shuttles are efficient. For the return journey, the shuttle arrived very quickly after we had sent a text message. The staff are competent and friendly.

Very well secured. However, some of the staff are really unpleasant, particularly one young man who is not cut out for a service job.

No complaints. Everything was perfect. Quick pick-up on the day of our arrival. The same on our return to the terminal (barely 15 minutes). Precise explanations provided by the staff, who were very pleasant and open to discussion during the journey. Car returned without a hitch.
