Class'Park Roissy notice

Super service! Personnel très sympa et tres efficace à un moindre coût. L aeroport n est seulement qu à 5 min de navette. Un meilleur affichage (panneau) concernant la localisation du parking à l arrivée serait bienvenue.

Nous avons été satisfait du service. Le temps de trajet n'est que de quelques minutes entre le parking et l'aéroport de Roissy. Cependant, il faut bien respecter les consignes et attendre la navette au lieu spécifié (ce que d'autres n'ont pas fait et cela embête tous le monde.....). Nous Class'Park solliciterons pour un prochain voyage.

Having been to Class Park 5 times, we're really pleased with the very friendly drivers and the speed with which they drop us off at our terminal and pick us up as well. The prices are very attractive and we don't bother anyone anymore.

Car park located very close to Roissy. Our car stayed in this secure car park for a week. The airport shuttles are efficient. For the return journey, the shuttle arrived very quickly after we had sent a text message. The staff are competent and friendly.

Very well secured. However, some of the staff are really unpleasant, particularly one young man who is not cut out for a service job.

No complaints. Everything was perfect. Quick pick-up on the day of our arrival. The same on our return to the terminal (barely 15 minutes). Lang moeten wachten op de shuttle bij het terugkeren (40 minuten) ; je moet een bericht sturen maar krijgt niets van bevestiging terug, ook telefonisch niet te bereiken dus wel onzekerheid wanneer ze je komen ophalen. If you think that parking is overcrowded, the car will not be seen by you. The car was not overloaded.

Perfect solution for leaving your car in a covered car park for 8 or 15 days (very dusty car park, but the car is still safe). I'm satisfied with the service, but the pick-ups need to be improved. On the outward journey, we had to wait quite a while because another passenger was late, but it didn't really matter because we arrived on time. On the return journey, however, we also had to wait 25 to 30 minutes and, above all, the VAN was packed with 8 people, so there wasn't enough room for all the luggage, so each passenger had to take a suitcase on their lap. The number of passengers should perhaps be limited to 6 or 7 in order to leave enough room for all the luggage. Otherwise, I would recommend this service as it is very practical and cheaper than parking at the Terminal.

Everything was perfect, secure online payment when booking, we parked our car and were quickly taken to our terminal, and for the return journey, the driver was quickly on site and responded quickly by text message ... Fast and efficient on both the outward and return journeys, no worries about the pick-up. The car was even ready when we returned. We'll be back, hoping to get the same service every time.

We are used to booking with Class Park and have always been satisfied. As we were going away with friends, we booked to park 3 vehicles. When we returned, we indicated that there were 9 of us (which requires 2 shuttles). Only one shuttle came and offered to take only the drivers, which we refused. Another driver was taken on the shuttle, thus using an extra seat; 2 people therefore had to wait for a 2nd shuttle and this lasted 42 minutes (between the sending of the 1st text message and the departure of the last two passengers). I think better organisation is needed...

Catastrophic experience. On arrival, the staff got in each other's faces in front of the customers, and were totally rude. But the worst was on the return journey: 45 minutes waiting for the shuttle to arrive (no confirmation following our message), then we had to go to another terminal to pick up other people. The driver thought she was on a rally circuit, driving any old way and well over the speed limit, while on her phone. It was enough to make us very sick when we arrived at the car park, where we found the car dirty (dirty carpets) and stuck by other cars, which meant an extra wait. Nice to be back in France. It's a shame, we were customers before and hadn't had this kind of problem. We will not return.

The quality of the car park is very good. Drop-off and pick-up at terminal 2F alone could be improved. Especially if you arrive late. Some metal curtains are closed on the way between 2B and 2F. Couldn't you serve more terminals on 2?
